- Premium Ingredients: Fresh Minglewood Farms beef patties on toasted Martin Potato Rolls.
- The Standard: Each serving includes two fresh patties.
- "Dimmy D" Style: Unlimited toppings including grilled onions, pickles, and tomatoes.
- Sides: Signature hand-cut fries (Plain or Cajun style).
- Italian Beef: Almost Famous Italian Beef Sandwiches available.
2. Pricing & Add-Ons
- Base Rate: $15.00 per person.
- Beverages: $3.00 per person for non-alcoholic options.
- Service Charge: 20% service/labor charge applied to final total.
- Sales Tax: State and local taxes of 5.1%.
- Travel: $4.00 per mile.
3. Logistics & Site Requirements
- Space: 50-foot area of flat, level ground (paved or gravel).
- Power: Self-sufficient generator; 30-amp electrical hookup optional.
- Health Policy: Per Wisconsin Health Department, no leftover food may be taken.
- Window: Standard 3-hour serving window included.
4. Booking Terms
- Deposit: $500.00 non-refundable to secure date.
- Credit: 100% of deposit credited to final balance.
- Finalization: Guest count and menu due 14 days prior to event.
