Catering Proposal: 2026 Season
Thank you for your interest in bringing the Brickfire Pizza Bus to your upcoming event! Our vintage bus is more than just a food truck; it is a full mobile experience designed to keep your guests fed and the energy high.
1. Service Options
Option A: Pizza By The Slice
Recommended for late-night snacks or events where guests eat at different times.
- Pricing: $20 per person, minimum on 75 people served.
- Variety: Choose 3 types of pizza for your menu.
- Service: Slices are served fresh directly out of the bus window.
- Timing: Includes a 3-hour serving window.
- Beverage Add-On: Non-alcoholic beverages can be added for $3.00 per person.
Option B: The Unlimited Pizza Buffet
Recommended for groups eating all at once, such as wedding dinners or corporate lunches.
- Base Pricing: $26 per person. Minimum of 75 people.
- Large Groups: $500.00 for each additional group of 25 people.
- Variety: Choose 5 types of pizza for your menu.
- Sides: Fresh Garden Salad included with 2 dressing choices.
- Included: High-quality disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins.
- Timing: Includes a 2-hour serving window per 75 ppl.
2. Logistics & Fine Print
- Travel: A travel fee of $4.00 per mile applies to all events after 50 miles round trip.
- Space Requirements: We require a 50-foot area of flat, level ground (paved or gravel).
- Power: We are self-sufficient with a generator, but if noise is a concern, a dedicated 20-amp electrical hookup is required.
- Extended Service: Service beyond the initial hours is billed at $125.00 per hour.
- Capacity: We serve a maximum of 250 people; larger groups require additional serving time.
- Health Policy: Per Wisconsin Health Department regulations, no leftover food may be taken by guests at the end of the event.
3. Investment & Booking
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A $500.00 deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Credit: 100% of your deposit is applied directly toward your final event balance.
- Service Charge: A 20% service/labor charge is applied to the final total.
- Sales Tax: State and local taxes of 5.1% are applied to all services.
- Finalization: Final guest count, menu selections, and balance are due 14 days prior to event.

Both options require a $500 deposit made on the day of booking to hold your event date. This can be paid online with an added 3% convenience charge, or a check can be mailed to us – post marked the day of booking. This deposit will be credited to your final bill, but is not refundable if your event were to be canceled for any reason. A contract stating all details will be emailed and must be signed and returned.
Your invoice must be paid in full 14 days prior to your event date.
All prices are plus tax. All events are subject to a $4.00/mile travel fee. A 20% service charge (gratuity) is added to all invoices.
We are booking for the 2025 season and work on a first come, first serve basis.
